Behaviour​

  • Anonymous visitors see a login / request-access page only.
  • Accounts are approved by the vendor (or by BoxNCase for internal vendors) before they can see prices or place orders.
  • Approved accounts are assigned to a channel and, optionally, to customer groups that drive price lists and minimums.

  • Channels and channel availability - see Channels.
  • Customer accounts and permissions - see Users and Permissions.
  • Storefront-side gating is implemented in the BoxNCase storefront; headless integrators must enforce the same rules using the account's token.
