Create Your Workspace
A BoxNCase workspace is your managed environment for catalog, customers, orders, integrations, and your white-label storefront. BoxNCase operates the platform, infrastructure, upgrades, and production services for you.
Start partner onboarding
Go to partners.boxncase.com and choose Get started. Tell us what you sell, who you sell to, and how orders are fulfilled.
Complete your business profile
Add your legal business details, primary contacts, warehouse locations, settlement information, and tax information. The onboarding checklist shows what is complete and what still needs review.
Add your catalog
Import products with a supported file or connect an approved integration. Review variants, case packs, wholesale pricing, inventory, images, and shipping dimensions before publishing.
Configure your brand
Upload your approved logo and favicon, choose brand colors, add support details, and connect a domain. Preview desktop and mobile storefronts before anything becomes public.
Invite your team
Add staff members and assign only the permissions they need for catalog, customer approval, orders, fulfillment, or development.
Complete launch review
BoxNCase validates catalog readiness, payments, shipping, notification delivery, storefront access, and domain configuration. Your workspace is promoted after the launch checklist passes.
